| The Boulder Townhouse Corporation manages the Mountain Shadows condominiums. This group of 122 units is located in south Boulder, Colorado with easy access to downtown Boulder and Denver. The facilities include a clubhouse, playground, and outdoor swimming pool. The majority of units at Mountain Shadows are owned by the occupants. |  |
